It is my internet nickname which is a combination of a derivative of my middle name and the fact that I have really always been  a girl.

I've been using Tossu-sama as my internet name ever since 2006 and it kinda stuck. Sometimes it's in the form TossuSama because some sites don't allow hyphens in nicknames.

Sometimes I use LordLauri (Tumblr, for example) which contains my name.

Donna is my real name which I chose because it sounds very similar to my original name and it was thus far easier for people to get used to at least this aspect of the changes I have gone through.

Donna Elivira is just because I love opera. For those who are curious, here is one of the best known arias  from Don Giovanni, sung by my namesake (if impatient go directly to 2min 14sec) : ....

It's the name I want to be my legal name. I guess the name of my male side.

Corwynn is my name whenever i can decide what my name is. I chose it within a few days of coming out, and those who really know me know wynn. I fully intend to make it official as soon as i can afford a name change.

I used the initials of what will evetually be my legal name.

My name here is Sentience, and that was by mistake. I thought it would be my password or something administrative. (I am actually fascinated by the concept of "sentience"). All my life I pondered what female name I would select. Christine was a name that I never really liked, so when I eventually needed a name to tell my friends..............I chose Christine! Anyway after a couple of years I thought, no no no, so now it's Molly and it just feels right. It's also my legal team because in Scotland (unlike England where deed poll is required) you can just change your name and that's it. Ta Dah! (So long as it is not for fraudulent purposes).

My legal name is already female, so I'm kind of lucky.  I actually have used a male variant of it for most of my life.  If I was to change it though I'd probably geek out and do something like Samus because she's my favorite heroine figure and it would hold a lot of meaning to me.  I just pretend Other M didn't happen.

As for Phoenix26.  I chose it because of the whole "rising from the ashes" thing and because I like X-Men and relate with what the series symbolizes in terms of being TG.

I'm guilty of stealing my username from someone else. This happened years ago; possibly 7 years now. Ever since then I always try 'SaveMeJeebus' first as a username and I usually get it.

I choose White Rabbit from a Jefferson Airplane song and will most likely use Alice as my female name because of the journey I have just started.

"Jane" comes from a VERY old nickname, Calamity Jane, that I earned as a teen because I was a crack shot and out-shot all the boys.

Northern is because I am north of the 49th and because "Jane" wasn't available by itself

Oh, I like the Alice in Wonderland reference. Alice's Adventures in Wonderland is one of my favorite books. That really is a great analogy.

Yeah it seemed representative of the journey I am looking at ahead. Otherwise I might have gone with Julie which does have a special meaning to me. 2 tattoos I am thinking of getting are a white rabbit and the words "with life comes hope"

I named myself Janet as I liked the name.

Later after naming myself months later, I looked at the letters in Janet and found 3 of them are the same as my male name,   Wayne

Mine is what my Mom said she would have called me.  Two points.. I LOVE the name, and she won't accept me, so it's a jab at her... I really like it, but might shop for another sometime..
