I'm 60Kg and 5' 9". I work out in the gym at least 3 times a week, I did start to develop a bit of tummy fat as I increased my food intake on E, but I do crunches to lose it. Basically laying horizontally with my legs locked under a support about 4 foot off the ground, waist supported on a frame at the same height bend from the waist until my head touches the floor, and bring back to horizontal, do 5 reps of ten. (Bit like sit ups in reverse)
I'm getting nice fat deposit in the right places at the same time.
