This is going to be one strange summer. Just resumed HRT & allready can feel some more nipple & breast growth. My mother had large breasts & I have a feeling mine are going to grow.

For now I'm not full time, I want & need to be however just not passable enough for now. Facial hair is the biggest problem.

How in the world does anyone handle being out to the world as a male with breasts? In a t shirt this will be obvious, my nipples already stand out.

I was headed in the opposite direction; nobody ever really seemed to notice that the breasts didn't go away when the double chin did.

Alternately, baggy clothes work well.

Electrolsis I guess & move on to full time. Like most I hate facial hair, damn stuff just will not go away. Like weeds in my nice garden almost.

Don't worry about it.  Just go about your daily business. 

It will be a while before you have to really worry about buxomicity, so do not stress yourself out, and then if YOU are relaxed, the people around you will be fine.

I had laser treatments early life, my 20's & part of my face is kinda smooth, I tired my best to transitition long long ago. Now older & my facial hair is light or I hate to admit is grey/damn. Guess no other choice other than electroysis?

And even when you cannot achieve a neither total nor permanent removal of your facial hair, the significant reduction is worth the investent, as I believe. Think it over, Good luck! 

I really don't recommend binding, as it can damage developing tissue. However, I did have good results buying a fairly compressing sports bra - but NOT to the point that it hurt - and wearing layers in solid and opaque fabrics, ending with a fairly loose overshirt. They also sell these little adhesive "nipple covers," if you're worried about that; I even know women who used Band-Aids.

(I was a C-cup within three months, which came as something of a shock and *was* pretty inconvenient at first.)

How cool, C cups in 3 months. I bet that was great.

Just time to move forward on permanent facial hair removal again.

Francis, I do it all the time! One thing to keep in mind is that they look a lot bigger and more imposing when they're on your chest and you are looking down that them then they really are. For the time being just go with a soft bra, no underwires or padding and a dark T shirt like one of the gals suggested. I wear something like this under my shirts.

Thanks, no where close for a bra for now, however I do wear one with silicone inserts. It will be great to give them to goodwill I hope.

One member has grow 42-DD's just on E. I'm her same size & type body. My 2 grandmothers had huge breasts, my nipples are already sensitive, tingly after only a week or resuming HRT.

Francis, there is no shame in being transgender. Developing breasts are a mark of transgender.

Wear them proudly! Show the world that TG is strong and brave.

I'll be three months on meaningful HRT tomorrow.  Today I'm going to the gym because I gotta get some exercise, even in the face of the locker room (New apartment June 22ed and this problem goes away for me.  Yay on site gym!).

Anyway, my growing boobs haven't been a problem at the gym.  I just use the locker door to hide behind while I have my shirt off then make sure my towel is draped over them as I head to the shower.  I know another up-in-age woman who was months in to her HRT then, under threat of leaving, her gym started to let her use the Women's Locker room.

So, don't sweat it FrancisAnn.  I'm sure you'll figure out how to work with what you get.

I have no shame whatsoever about being a woman, growing large breasts I just hope, I've wanted them & everything else feminine/normal since as long as I can remember. For now just how to remove ugly facial hair?
It seems electroysis is the only permanent solution. lasers did very little for me. I would like 100% full time as soon as possible without this damn "beard". If not for that I would have probably transitioned long ago.

I'm not waiting. I still have an ugly beard shadow. Like you, laser did little for me, and I'll have to start electrolysis. But I don't want to keep living a double life, where half the world knows me as Suzi and the other half still uses a guy name. Electrolysis will probably take years to clear my face, and that's just too long.

So I've decided I'll just slather on the foundation with a trowel and live the way I'm meant to live.

My breasts are tiny, and don't protrude, so I'm also going to have to do it with breast forms. My therapist is cautioning me against waiting. There's no guarantee that  hrt will do anything for my face or that I'll have visible breasts, so I'm just going for it. I don't pass well (but who knows if I ever will) but it's not about passing, it's about living as my true gender.

You are a gutsy girl/woman. I am not that strong.

I've been out for 20-30 years sometimes very passable/normal & sometimes not. I just hate to go out without looking as normal & totally feminine as possible, I'm very detail, all 10 nails must be painted just right, etc....., wardrope has to match, also etc... Seems the early morning beard always killed me, reality of the sunlight.

So maybe within a few months as breasts maybe grow I'm going to tackle my beard full speed. I've had enough of halfway.

Will one laser session really make that much of a difference, especially if you can only grow hair on your chin and upper lip?

And Francis Ann if you were on HRT before you prob have some boob growth so I doubt anyone will notice. I think a B cup and below can effectively be hidden if need be and 75 percent of trans women never get above a B. But it seems like you really want to get above that so I wish you luck.

It's electroysis time for my facial hair. I've had numerous laser treatments years ago that removed some hair.

Breasts; something just tells me these girls are going to grow,  Already A cup & nipples are now more tingly & sensitive after only a week of medium level E.

Like I said earlier it's going to be an interesting summer. I'm looking forward to it.

That is EVERYTHING.  Be proud of your breasts and take care of them. 

My partner gave me that advice once, and it has made all the difference.

I had fairly obvious "persistent pubertal gynecomastia".  I was not up to going around in a bra, in my male persona, so I gained weight as a teen (bad idea - led to hearty problems 30 years later) and wore baggy tops.  I was probably an "A" cup or slightly bigger.

Now, how did it handle "the girls"?  As often as possible. 

I guess once breasts grow they never shrink even if estrogen intake is stopped???

I'm kind of a fat girl I guess, 5' 9" & 187 pounds, on & off estrogen in life several times, I just resumed hrt & my breasts are a good A cup & growing, no doubt. The rest of my body is not ready for full time transition, mostly too much facial hair & planned FFS.

My current "male" body already looks funny.
