Hi can anybody help me, I am a TG who is just about to start hormone replacement, however after reading many posts on various sites and reading about the medical effects of hormone replacement it leaves me a little confused as to what to expect...... For example I am a 42B cup now what should my expectation be in reality. And is there a change in the nipple size. Thank you in advance Kelly x

Hi Kelly,

A big Aussie welcome to Susan's family. It's good of you to drop in and say "Hi". Hope you like it here, and you stay for a while.

That's the problem with the whole HT thing. It's totally unpredictable as to how your body will react. There are no constants or absolutes with HT. Just to add to the mix is the type of HT you are put on and the format it is supplied in, will add to the diversity. So don't go into HT with expectations. You'll be horribly dissappointed if you do. Take what materialises as gift and be thankful for it.

There is a mountain of information, resources and friendship waiting for you here, you just need to jump in start talking and ask any question you like. You're quite safe here and we are very accepting.

Looking forward to hearing more of your story in time to come, but in the meantime, be safe, well and happy.

Lotsa huggs
Catherine

I wish you the best of luck, and congrats on getting on HT. It's only the start of the awesome journey I keep hearing about. Can't wait until the day I get to start HT myself.

With HRT it seems that there are a variety of determining factors from what I have read.  Genetics, age at start of hrt and getting the dosage combination right.
best wishes
