How to stop them from bunching up at the front?

Joe.

When I wear my binder, when I first put it on I adjust my stuff and go for the out and under arm approach which spreads them and gets them to a look I'm comfortable with. After about ten minutes of every day stuff, they come creeping back round and bunch together at the front, giving me an uncomfortable looking chest which doesn't even look like a chest, it's like somebody has stuffed a can where my chest should be and I can't stand to touch my chest because it seems huge when it does this. Does anybody know why this is? How do I stop them from bunching at the front?

I think I have the 997 (I get the numbers mixed up) and it does the same. I think there's really nothing you can do unless you want to be unsafe and double bind or do the old school duct tape method.

....or buy a new binder if you're able. I use both the 983 (tri-top) and the 997 and don't have that issue. Maybe try the tri-top?

I can't afford a new binder. I was very lucky to get the ones I have because a kind friend helped me out. Its not a massive issue, it may just be me being overly self conscious about it

You can try pulling the binder up a little too. That seems to help me sometimes.
