Apples Mk.II

Well, this is the final come out for me. With the RLE coming soon (I hope), it is the time for making things official at work.

Two weeks ago I booked a private meeting with the HHRR boss. I explained as seriously as possible the therapy I was assisting to, what I was being threated for, what implied now, in a future, etc... What RLE was, and that some days I would need to appear dressed as female at work, since I can't go back home to change after the therapy sessions.
Well, Las Friday I was called. She has talked with the rests of Head of Units in the last Management meeting and addressed my issues. They don't have issue with me transitioning or doing RLE at work, and there won't be issues regarding bathroom policy. I have full support, and they want this to be as normal and uneventful as possible.

So there is only one last thing to do, and I have less than 9 days to do it. The communication is left to me. I need to write the letter that will be sent in an e-mail first to the bosses, and later to the rest of the staff (around 70 people), including any adittional orientative brochure I can find and that can help.
It is not a big enterprise, and we are a bit more like a "family". THis means that I have checked a few template letters in Susan's Wiki and looked for info in TSroadmap, but I can't yet start writing something. I talked with the local LGBT support associaciation and the therapist there offered to check the letter before sending it.

Any advice? Thanks.

Are you looking for a general guide that explains transgender issues?  I don't have a brochure in per say, but I can point you to some sites that may have useful information.

I hope that helps.  Good luck on coming out at work!
