Um, all of the options, and none?
Beer is good. I'm slightly partial to the Czech and German darker varieties, or British real ale. In American terms, most microbreweries are on the right track. The big commercial light beers (with a receipe of roughly 1/5 beer, 3/4 tonic water, and a splash of bourbon) are out.
Mixed drinks are not really my thing, although if socially necessary I can survive.
Wine is good if it's good. If it's sufficiently bad I'm quite happy to pass.
There are some kinds of strong alcohol that are quite enjoyable, especially single malt whiskies from the islands off Scotland.
I don't
think I'm that much of a snob, it's just that for me the main point in drinking alcohol is not getting drunk (even though it can sometimes be the end result). Which, I suppose, is not really the norm, especially for someone who had the misfortune of being born with male genitalia.
