When I do drink it's usually hard stuff, but I really don't drink that much anymore.

I also like to mix my own drinks(I like to experiment), though I doubt any bartender would know how to make the majority of the unique stuff I mix.

I've actually been mixing drinks(though it was only soda and juices when I young) since I was really young, like a form of self expression. I couldn't resist mixing in restaurants that let you fill your own drinks. I got a lot of strange looks but I didn't care. If things were different I probably would've made a good bartender.

I don't think I could ever touch another beer as long I live, given my past near death experience with it. Just the thought of drinking it makes me feel ill.

Um, all of the options, and none?

Beer is good. I'm slightly partial to the Czech and German darker varieties, or British real ale. In American terms, most microbreweries are on the right track. The big commercial light beers (with a receipe of roughly 1/5 beer, 3/4 tonic water, and a splash of bourbon) are out.

Mixed drinks are not really my thing, although if socially necessary I can survive.

Wine is good if it's good. If it's sufficiently bad I'm quite happy to pass.

There are some kinds of strong alcohol that are quite enjoyable, especially single malt whiskies from the islands off Scotland.

I don't think I'm that much of a snob, it's just that for me the main point in drinking alcohol is not getting drunk (even though it can sometimes be the end result). Which, I suppose, is not really the norm, especially for someone who had the misfortune of being born with male genitalia.  ;)

I prefer wine. Every once in a while I might drink an ale or some brandy.

Spirit drinker mostly.

G&T, Moscow Mules, Martinis, Bloody Mary.

German beer/lager.

Not much of a fan of alcopops, sweet liqueurs/cocktails, or wine.

I don't drink a lot. But when I do I want quality, not paint stripper.

I normally only drink water, coffee, and tea.  In the last year I only had alcohol once, on Christmas, and that was white wine.

Mixed drinks, the stronger and sweeter the better. My favourites are White Russian, rum and coke, and coke mixed with vanilla vodka.

But I also really like wine (again sweet and strong, but I like red, white and rose alike), cider and shots. Whether the alcohol is high or low quality I never quite noticed much difference in, but aged wine is quite nice.

I'm not particularly fond of beer, but some brands are rather okay. My beer loving parents sometimes make me enjoy a glass for dinner when I visit them. Same with whiskey and rum, that just some types are okay. I don't like bitterness in tastes, and absolutely can't stand sour/lemon/orange tastes. Yeah I do drink coffee and tea as well, but perhaps not surprisingly with lots of sugar in it.

I like the kind of drinks that can sneak up on you and get you in trouble because you can't tell from taste that they are alcoholic in nature. I also like a good beer and hard cider.

Don't usually drink though.
I'm not out, I'm not on E, unless things change I doubt I ever will be.

I drink tea 95% of the time.  Got to keep up the British stereotype!  ;) Used to be black decaf tea with milk, but Spearmint now for obvious reasons!

Have not had any alcohol for 27 years.  Can't stand the stuff, the taste or the effect. Yuk!

There's only one drink I won't drink again and that's Absinthe.

Let's just say there was an "incident" last time I did, and it ended with a fight and me in a bath with someone pouring a bucket of cold water over my head.

I drink sparkling water. I drank too much for to long to suppress how I felt and who I am.

No beer on the list, clearly not from the pcnw..

I do not like drinking Alcohol, beer or whatever at all. The only time I had some was when my dad forced me to drink a cup on my 21st birthday. It is a memory I'd like to forget honestly.

I can't pick one! It depends so much on the mood. Sometimes I want a glass of white wines, other times I want some gin tonic or a beer.

Mumei

Drink hot water at home.
But drink coffee outside.

Beer always used to be my drink of choice, never wine unless I was at a winery and never mixed drinks. A year ago though I stopped drinking every night and the few times I did drink it was usually wine. So far this year I've had 2 drinks, one a margarita and one a mixed drink. I bought a 6 pack of beer last week but I haven't drank any yet. It's an Orange flavored beer and it looked good so I decided to buy it and drink some when I move into my new apartment, it'll be a celebration beer! The last time I bought a 6 pack was last May I believe!

Me and alcohol do not go well together. Last time I really drank was with my mom at dinner last November. We shared a bottle of wine, but I think she had a little more than me lol. After that I would just have maybe half a cup of sangria, a beer, or very little of something with alcohol.
There's something I miss about drinking that I can't put my fingers on. But I also take hrt seriously and would rather not mess up my liver.

I have never, even in college, had a taste or a desire for alcoholic beverages perhaps except for a glass of wine at a restaurant on a special dinner night.

Before I graduated from high school I saw how excessive alcohol consumption destroyed relationships, destroyed employment, and destroyed bodies.

In the large company I was in before I moved to Alaska about a year and a half ago, I was the manager of the accounting dept and I would frequently have business lunches and dinners with suppliers, associates and co-workers.  If we ended up in a bar before or after a meal to socialize most everyone in our group would order a drink or 2 or 3 and I would just have juice or a soft drink...  I many times got razzed about it but my reply was usually that "when I am sober I can keep up with everyone else even though they are half-drunk" .......  the bottom line is that I saw way too many destroyed lives because of excessive alcoholic consumption.  Everything in moderation of course, but I don't even want to get started down that path... for me the same thing goes for smoking.

I am not trying to be a goody-two-shoes as some have told me that I am, these things are just my choices for me and my body.
