Laura, on the DIY groups, there's plenty of over 50 girl with B, C and even D cup, I wouldn't generalize.

The effect of agin of growth factors is very variable. If your over 65, then there's a good chance that growth will be very slow and you may not reach your growth potential before death (since HGH levels drop quickly at a more advanced age)

After three years, I have nice boobs, not man boobs and I have a large frame, I "pass" when I am in my panties only in the locker room, so there is hope. Still I am getting a BA.

That's nice......I can't get to an A cup despite being on hormones for years...........some times it works...sometimes it doesn't.....in my case it doesn't. I can pass in the locker room and everywhere else....I've no idea how I do it.....especially being flat chested.....

If this works for you that's great, but I think it's important to remember we're very much part of a community of individuals and we just don't all feel the same about things.

Personally I have no problem showing my photo to those I feel are genuine site visitors and members, but I admit I'm always a littled concerned that there might be the odd person snooping around for more dubious, voyeuristic reasons.

I can understand people's desire to maintain their privacy.  Here in Europe the right to a private life is after all one of our fundamental human rights (this privacy right being one of the reasons that UK birth certificate law was finally changed in 2005...)

Mver, you are missing my point. Try reading the earlier posts again.

Berleigh,

I don't want to go too far off topic with this, but I have re-read your posts and I apparently still miss the point...

Ok, my point is this.....I understand people's concerns and respect for privacy and not showing thie own pics but to put a picture of a model or actress in their aviator profile is misleading. I thought this is how some of these girls looked and kept complimenting them on how well they had transiioned. There's a big difference between privacy and false presentation even if it isn't deliberate and some people (like me) might take these people at face value..

Thanks for the clarification Berleigh.

Personally for me there are some pics where it's obvious that it's a DIY home photo job and in these cases I assume that it's probably a pic of the person concerned...

However, I don't think it's really a big deal what picture people decide to post (as long as it's not offensive to others). I'm sure most people are not doing it because they are looking to deceive people, they are probably very honest people and no doubt just want to express to us all how they feel inside or how they'd love to look.

OK girls, let's start a new thread, I'll do it now - "Honesty" and put it in mtf talk forum.

I disagree with you mavieenrose........it's better to put 'no picture' in your aviator or a teddy bear than to put a misleading picture of a genetic female which is presented as the person who makes the post. Psychologically you will start to believe that is the peson you are talking to and in reality it could be a 6' 4" trucker from Wigan.......obviously I'm not saying that's they case in this forum but it happens in other forums and it can be a bit scary...

Morning Berleigh,

Actually Louise has started a new thread on the subject (called 'Honesty') in the mtf area, can we carry on our discussion there..?

Actually, I believe Keira is right.  It's all an individual proposition.  You just have to start hormone replacement therapy and see.  Best of luck!

Hugs!

I just now noticed that, and I was about to reply to someone who isn't even a member here
anymore.
Great thread though, haven't seen this one as it was before my time here.

Was it the related topics thingy at the bottom of the page that brought this to light again.
It can be a little confusing cuz some of those topics are from way back.

Lacey, Keira knows her stuff, I wouldn't argue with that, but Rachael's point about the age factor
should never be overlooked by us older folk, as disappointing as it sounds  :(
