to those of us who take it when did you start a shed cycle after taking it? and side effects you noticed? i just started a few days ago and might be starting a shed and also ive been getting a crampy pain in my stomach

I never noticed shedding, but then when I started taking it years ago, I was mostly bald at the crown anyway.
