I don't know what kind of feminine you're talking about, but I think I've seen Pleaser go up to 16s in certain styles

My feet had a random growth spurt just this month, so I needed to go pick up some new sneakers and stuff. I went to Payless and picked up a couple of pairs plus canvas shoes, they were reasonably priced. I get my stuff out of the childrens' section (I take a kids' 5.5-6 now), which works for me because I happen to like my obnoxiously bright-colored new sneakers  :P

They do have plain shoes for kids as well, however, as well as some durable shoes. I also have size 4 and 4.5 sandals from there that somehow still fit my growing feet.
