I've been on T 3.5 months.
Hands: well, got way more veiny and they grew! Not sure how, all I know is that my wedding ring won't come off without some serious effort. Like, my finger joints are bigger (thicker tendons??). I dunno.
Nose: Same. Oilier.
Feet: Larger, maybe a half size. Shoes that were a perfect fit are now uncomfortable.
Neck: I've been measuring religiously, and my neck has gained 1.5" in circumference. The change is extremely noticeable and it has made my shirts look a lot better (esp. collared ones). I workout a lot, so this probably has more to do with that than just the T alone. Adams apple is noticeable now, wasn't before.
Calves/legs: no real change here for me, but as a distance runner and fairly dedicated workout junkie I have muscled legs.
Arms/shoulders: Way more buff. Again though...lots of exercise. Also my arms are really veiny now. I'm a fan.
Proportions: Don't think those have changed.
The fat loss has been interesting. Any fat I had right around my hips vanished completely. Also, I can see my abs! And I have sharper cheekbones, that's a more recent thing I've noticed. But, I still have a feminine shape to my inner/outer thighs and to a lesser degree, my butt. Not sure what that's about, I sort of expected the fat to slowly disappear from all those areas equally, but I guess it's going to leave on body part at a time...not sure about that.
Body hair has been really slow for me, which is funny because my dad is really hairy (but my brother is practically hairless, so...maybe I have more of my mom's genes being expressed here). Or maybe it's just too early. My legs are all that are hairy right now. That and some sideburns coming in. Aw yeah

Hairline hasn't changed at all. I even still have those annoying wispy hairs around the hairline that most females do. My dad is pretty much bald though, so it's only a matter of time (I'm guessing 15ish years).
