I am new here. I have read of another person that had bum implants with a small amount of fat transferred to her hips. From what I read she was very happy with the procedure and had no complications. I have been researching this for 4 or 5 months. I have also read on real self.com there can be issues with bum implants such as infection before you heal and the like. Since I am wee and don't have enough fat for my bum the doctors tell me the best results are implants for the bum and fat for the hips. So thats what I am to have done. Probably by a Mexican surgeon since they seem to have cornered the market on it.

I have had FFS, Boob implants and SRS already with great success with my own hard earned money. This is one of the last things I must do. So I am well versed on what surgery entails. Does anyone have any experience with this? My boyfriend is going to pay for it so I want to sort this sooner rather than later.

Maybe its just latent racism but when I hear of Mexico cornering the market on a specific surgery it doesn't really put positive thoughts about the surgery in my head.

It's true, a lot of the top surgeons for this type of thing are in Mexico. Apparently that's where the real artists are. There are a few in the U.S. who can definitely hang, but Mexico is where I would go as well.

Campos in TJ would have been my top pick until I decided the fat graft procedure was not for me- I haven't even been on HRT for a year yet For butt implants w/ fat transfer to the hips, the person here you are talking about had theirs done with Cerpa (also in TJ) and they told me don't go anywhere but to him if booty implants are part of the procedure. It is definitely incredibly risky. I dunno if I could do it.

I have stayed away from the implants in my plans because of the huge scarring issue. If they ever solve that then sure but it until then.
As for the injections yeah I've heard good and bad things. It's really up to your body and surgeon skill to how well it recovers and provides a blood supply to retain the grafted fat.

What I don't understand is if the insertion sites for for other implants have such small cuts why do butt implants have to have giant ones that I see in images on google?

I have only heard of Cerpa from a girl that posted her experience on here. I am waiting for a quote from Cerpa still. I received a quote from Cardenas for bum implants and fat transfer to hips for $8500 USD. She also does hip implants. If I wanted hip and bum implants which she says she does quite often its around $12,500. But she recommended just bum implants and fat transfer but she would do hip implants as well if I wanted them.

I do have one issue. I had SRS a few months ago and must dilate. Say if I get the bum implants I must still dilate. I asked my SRS surgeon and he says it possible. He said he could have done both implants and SRS in the same surgery. I know that would have been a rough recovery surely so... Glad I did only SRS.

 Go somewhere reputable not someone who works out of their garage.

When I got FFS I also got lipo. He sucked the fat from around my waist and put it in my bum. Did it make a difference. I suppose it did come to think of it. Was it a big deal? Well I didnt give much though about it so I guess not.
