Very long time ago I posted and asked whether it exist and many said hips surgery does not exist but there's that grafting thing where they remove fats from one part and distribute it to another part but that silicon implant itself into the hips does not exist.

Today I entered Dr Cardenas' site and I see that hips implant exist.

I also heard girls in my country who inject liquid silicon by random people but that's dangerous I guess. Hormones is not working for me on span of 5 years I have no hips yet and butt flat.

I also always thought butt and hips surgery is the same as seen in Chettawut's site but in Cardenas they appear as 2 different things.

am confused about all this...who is the best hips & butt surgeon? Please recommend.

silicon in hips and butts is a bad idea, easier to puncture implants in the butt than in the breasts, which may lead to poisoning. liquid silicon is an even worse idea. the safest way is fat transplantation. your own fat won't kill you if a doctor forgets to check your surgical history before giving you an injection in your butt.

just make sure to read up on potential dangers before choosing what type of surgery you want if it's necessary for your happiness.
sorry that i can't recommend anyone, i'm just not interested in that type of surgery.

There are some doctors, i think 2 in the US who do a custom molded hip/butt implant but if your job requires more then sitting at a desk its not a good idea to get them as your limited on how much you can walk, stand, push, pull etc. for about 2-3 months.

Yes it does exist. Bum implants have been around a good while. Hip implants are a more recent development. From what I have learned you can have oval implants done to your bum if placed proper will give you hips as well. Then add fat grafting to the hips fill them out. A few surgeons that I know of that do the hip implants. Dr. Chugay in America and Dr. Cardenas in Mexico.

Dr. Cerpa is known for bum implants and does them more frequently than most.  He uses oval cohesive gel implants inhancing the hips with fat grafting. My wee sister knows some girls that have had both hip and bum implants without issues. Note those were genetic women. Chugay has his own way of doing hip implants. Dr. Cardenas has done both hip and bum implants for many patients with fat grafting. It's all a question of what you can afford.

Stay away from the silicone injections. The implants are the way to sort it and are engineered to be safe.

Dr. Meltzer also does bum plants in his location in AZ. Not sure about hips, though.
