Quote from: Kristal on October 11, 2013, 10:29:38 PMI came out on Facebook today. So far, the only response I've gotten is the wife of a Navy friend liking the coming out post and then liking the manliest picture of me possible, from the day I got out of the Navy. Not sure what this means...
The way I'm interpreting it, is either she's glad you're not dealing with this while still in the Navy, or she doesn't like the idea of this.
Just my opinion, you have no way of knowing unless you ask her, and I get the fear of doing so.
Hey, you've reached Lauren's signature! If you have any questions, want to talk, or just need a shoulder to cry on, leave me a message, and I'll get back to you.

Assuming I get a job in December, by the time free comic book day rolls around I should have half the money up for top surgery if there aren't too many unexpected expenses to tend to.

That's awesome ;D I don't know if I will get another teaching contract next term, but it turns out I'll have to go private for my top surgery. :( I'm going with Dr G now. Just gotta save up the cash, might have to pick up a part-time job in addition to what I am already doing.

There's thing thing going around on Tumblr where you put your itunes on random, then list the first lines of the first 10 songs to make a poem. This is what I got:

She's got something to say to the world
Looking back at my life, this was all that I wanted
Ain't no more sunshine, just rain and cold suffering
I'm a lineman for the county and I drive the main road
Let me know that I've done wrong
I ain't Mr Right, I'm Mr Right Now
I wanna live like a wildflower
It is the passion flowing right on through your veins
Can you hear them? They talk about us
Go on, go on, leave me breathless

It didn't turn out too bad!! LOL

I'm thinking about the phrase I heard some time ago in this forum:

"A Man is great for sex, but I'd go with a woman for a relationship"

Which totally nails my current way of thinking. I'd like to go to the les support group (mixed group is 100% gay), but I feel that I'd would be perceived as a menace there, with my voice and what I still have between the legs (I hate it).

Playing with the 14-week-old kitten Mom and stepdad got isn't good for hands. :I Well, hand. My right hand is full of tiny scratches. I guess that's what happens when a kitten that young gets cat nip for the first time... That idiot jumped into the trash bin. Fortunately it was just a paper trash bin, though. @_@

There is a bounty on my head in GTA V so I'm only playing an invite only game muwhahahahhaha!  It will take about an hour for me to remove it so I guess I'm going to let the controller charge and do two sets of daily sevens.  HOORAH!

And now I'm out to my brothers. Things went pretty well, all things considered. One of them keeps giggling after he uses feminine pronouns, but he apologizes too, so win?

People on here worry about their height, but heck, yesterday, the young female ALE agent that inspected the store towered over me and I'm 5'10".

Note to self: kittens have very sharp claws and it doesn't feel very comfortable to have those tiny needles sinking into my post-op "sensation acting weird" chest.

I hope these little scratch marks will fade away before I have my post-op checkup in couple weeks...

And did you tell that that you can read her and that you suspect she is a really tall cis woman?  ;D

What did you do Malachite? lol

New Pokemon games are out today. I'm going to Walmart to get them. But here is the problem: I have work that is due, students to email, and my room/bathroom need to be cleaned before something random becomes sentient.

-_- So the promise of playing the new games will have to be my motivation. I actually don't know if I possess the self-discipline, but I don't have much choice...

She was packing heat, I wasn't about to be a smart alec. Besides, maybe she didn't read me being that I was so short comparatively speaking...

I think the last Pokémon game I played was the Blue one, for the original Gameboy.

I miss Blue.

THE GAMES WERE SOLD OUT. </3 They said on the phone they had them in stock. When the woman told me I don't think I have ever tried so hard to conceal a broken heart. lmao. She was like "you can try tomorrow...sorry..." and I said "...ok...no problem, have a nice day"  :'( I was so excited.

I've already got the Y version! We should be Pokefriends! Two hour round trip to the city, totally worth it. I picked Froakie as my starter, it's so goofy looking, I love it.

Okay, here's another thing to make me feel old. I never actually owned an original Gameboy. I had an adapter cartridge for my SNES, which I played Pokémon Blue on, lol. And the overriding memory for me of that game was being in the Safari Zone trying to catch a Kangaskhan and a Tauros with those special safari balls they gave you. Talk about frustrating, haha.

Anyhow, back to normal service, lol.

Maybe I should try the new ones. I vaguely remember them being capable of eating your life.

Think your old Sephira, Pong/Black and white T.V. It was in the gameroom of my pyramid, the Sphinx always beat me. *giggle*  ;D

speaking of pokemon, my first one was Pokemon Yellow. I wanted it since i played it before with my cousin (on her old gameboy color!) and really liked it.

Don't know about your life, but eating your eyesight for the original one... That's a different story.

LOL, been there too. >.> I still have an Atari games console up in the attic somewhere. Weird dimmer-switch paddles and all. Hahaha.

The only reason I didn't choose that one was that I didn't like the idea of a Pikachu always following me around. In fact, I got rid of the starter Pokémon as soon as I could. I don't even remember which one it was. I do remember that my favourite one was Jynx. Although in Blue, you could only get that through trading with an NPC (since I didn't have any friends, lol). And it was named something dumb.
