Incredible! Kudos and thanks for posting!

I, too, noticed the smiles and honestly, I have noticed "the" smile on almost every before-and-after picture. I have to admit, I was concerned about the "end result" of transitioning, but the fact that almost everyone was smiling in their "after" picture (regardless of how far along they were) convinced me it was the right thing to do.

It's all in the expression. You can see it in the WAY you are smiling. The first image was a guy smiling and the last one is clearly a girl smiling, with a sort of blur in the middle.

Hair style sure makes a difference too

Over all a nice level of progress.
Well being TG is no treat, but becoming separated has sure caused me more trouble that being TG ever will be. So if I post, consider it me trying to distract myself from being lonely, not my needing to discuss being TG. I don't want to be separated a lot more than not wanting to be male looking.

Thank you soooo much for sharing this!  Believe me, it's means a lot to some of us here! :)

You look great and are very inspiring!  And I know too well about estrogen and metabolism.  I haven't really lost any weight despite working hard and looking more slender (fat redistribution I guess).  It's maddening, but I guess we have to adjust.

Recommendation to everyone starting hrt: take photos and date them.  It really helps you track you progress and see how far you come.  Comments from others means a lot, but it's the best we see the changes ourselves.  While we can be tough on ourselves, pictures don't lie.  It really is a big confidence boost, and I'm glad I finally started looking back at my gallery.  I could have saved myself a lot of unnecessary grief, lol.

Thanks maid and glad everything is going well!  And just have to say,  I love the way you are styling your hair.

I couldn't imagine jumping into surgery that fast.  There's no way my doctor would recommend it that soon anyway.  Congrats though - what changed to me after the brow work is that suddenly your eyes command attention somehow.  That combined with your ever-improving hair made a big difference.  It is much easier to tell when seeing the before and after side-by-side.  Eventually I would like to have similar surgery as yours in addition to some minor repairs to my nose (yes, actual repairs more than alterations).

Everyone should take notice that a little well-targeted sculpting can go a long way.  Don't go demanding they grind away at the entire bone structure of your face!

What an amazing transition. The best thing I noticed was that you went from a guy with a frown to a beautiful woman with a great smile by the end. That made me smile and tear up as you can tell you are SO much happier now than you were back then :D

You would be amazed how much people can change in the second year. I know several trans women around the second year and if you look at their year one photos and compare it to how they look now it's incredible. ;)

That's exactly what I was trying to say. She's a girl, she is beautiful, what more would she want?

I'd think many guys will already try to hit on her.

Thanks for sharing.  Every time I start to feel pessimistic I come either to ->-bleeped-<- or this forum to look at pictures for a confidence boost.
