Hi over the past ten months my anxiety etc has been insane , panic attack all the time etc ,  ive recently started and stopped a low dose of hormones twice . i stop because it makes my emotions stronger and more prone to panic attacks etc but when i stop it i become more dysphoric as what left of my facial hair ( ive had a lot of electroylises ) grows a bit faster etc again

i was wonder if anyone has any advice on dealing with my panic and anxiety issues so il be able to get back on hormones and stay on them

part  of my anxiety is health anxiety too so when i have been on hormones every little twinge etc in my body i experience i freak out thinking its a blood clot etc

I had the EXACT same problem! The exact same kind of panic attacks, as well. My doctor had me try Celexa and within a couple weeks the panic attacks were gone. Previously, I was having them every. single. night. Not fun. Life sucked, a lot. Since I started taking Celexa (in February, I believe), I can count the number of panic attacks I've had on one hand and they were totally manageable. I was able to calm myself down within a couple minutes. Before, they were debilitating and VERY frequent and could last hours. I just started HRT a month ago and I've had one super mild panic attack since. It also helps a lot with anxiety in general and I think is part of the reason I was able to muster up the courage to come out  :).

Seriously, talk to your doctor about Celexa, it's changed my life almost as much as HRT .

Are there any other lifestyle changes you could make to offset any possible risks? Moderate exercise, improved diet, etc.? If you're not feeling your best in terms of overall health and weight, it could add to your anxieties.

Xanax. Im rx'd 1mg prn for social anxiety due to ptsd from army days. When my anxiety hits i take half, if it dont help the other. I am allowed to take up to four prn. I rarely reach three. They help at night with racing mind. Take two and i sleep like a baby lol.

i've been getting this too, probably since about  the six month mark - or where i stopped putting on boy mode to go into public.
i think in my case they're probably related since they tend to only happen when i am somewhere busy or on public transport alone.
hoping against hope that side of things gets better when i perceive myself to pass better.....

i've been getting health anxiety too, for the first time in my life, and i don't understand it.
i never even used to notice twinges but now they can throw off my whole day and it freaks me right out :(

It could be because you've hit extremely low levels of T.
