Totally not looking foward to next year when I should be able to afford my top surgery.  It's going to be an interesting process to get through to them to say the least.

You know I've been on this forum and watched you work and save diligently for that and you wondered, fussed and agonized about it quite often, thinking that it was an unreachable goal, and now look, you can see the light at the end of the tunnel and top surgery is not only possible but in clear sight. Kudos and big hugs! You are an inspiration to everyone!

Thanks!  I wouldn't have been able to get this far had it not been for this wonderful site.    I imagine some people here are looking to see how this will play out in a year and I'm looking foward to seeing how too.
