This my third day on HRT. I don't know if it's the psychological effect of doing something I've wanted to do all my life or a tiny bit of the hormones but I feel all smiley inside

If you are anything like me baby it is a little of both. I did not realize just how much energy I used on a daily basis to fake my way through life. It feels like a huge weight has been lifted. Even though transitioning is hard, I am a lot more relaxed and focused on the now. I feel more emotions, hear things anew and love looking at life through the eyes of who I should have been born as. I hope everything works well for you and you continue to smile inside.

The mental effects of HRT begin pretty much immediately, so i'd say that what you are feeling is both the effects of the hormones AND relief that you are now on the path that you need to be on.
