I spoiled myself today

I really spoiled myself today I went out and naught some new makeup a new shirt and skirt a bracelet and a new purse then got my hair cut and coloured at my local woman's hair stylist.

Now I feel pretty which is the first time in like for ever, I have a docs appt tomorrow to discuss therapy and HRT I am so excited, just taught I might share my day with you.;

I am so glad that my day could help out some of you ladies my doctors appt went well after an hour of going through my life story and medical issues I got a referral to see Dr Robert Lyons a gender psychiatrist in Adelaide Australia.

Long ago, well not that long ago to be honest, while I was having some troubles dealing with stress and anxiety, I was in group. One thing that really stuck with me and I try to practice to this day, is that we would close by telling what we were going to do FOR OURSELVES later. Taking care of yourself is a key component to good mental health and happiness. Spoiling yourself is good!
