I think you have a good base to start with and sound rather female Veronica  :)

Thank you! :) I appreciate the comments.

Tarah, it's lovely to put a face to the bunny :D

You have softer features, nice cheekbones and a buttonish nose. Clear that beard shadow (which I know you're on), have your brows done, and consider a hairstyle with bangs and I think you'll be on track!

All the best!  ;D

+1 Right on, good to see the Kabit in the flesh!  :)

Thanks, everyone ♥
And thank you for the comments. I'm working on hair... but it's still short and I have no idea what I'm doing! (I started combing it more forward and that looks a bit better, I think).

I also love all the pictures on here... I just don't really feel qualified to comment! I think everyone looks beautiful and I'm not a good critic.

Also recorded my voice for some thoughts on how I can sound more feminine. Sorry if I sound valley-girl-ish, or if my accent is a little quirky. Was raised heavily in the Asian-American community: http://vocaroo.com/i/s04HJhgFjqzP

Could I possibly pass? That's about the only thing lingering in my head and I wanted to get a general consensus before I dived headfirst into my transition (not like anything could stop me at this point, but).

Would greatly appreciate all of your thoughts! Thanks!  :)

I don't think you are going to have any problems.  Lucky girl.

Me too, I'm a terrible critic so I usually don't say much since I suffer from foot-in-mouth disease.  :D

both I think are ugly what do you think? can I pass?

Looking good there, though I would say you pass better in the no make up pic, though that may just be the angle and my preference for a more natural look.  I do have to say though, get those brows plucked asap!!!

Aeron I think you're quite passable,

If I had some little tips? For your facial shape and your features, make-up wise you'd suit a light liquid liner flick - just from the start of the lashline.
Your eyebrows are slightly more masculine than what they could be, the shape adds a severity to your face which is in turns adds masculinity.

And I think you'd really suit long brunette hair, and then to go with that long brunette hair - a bit more tint to your skin, perhaps a darker foundation colour than what you're used to -

PREPARE FOR HILARITY, the Photoshop rendition I quickly made looks very crude, but if it works in a crude suggestion, it'd work even better in real life. Use alot of imagination when envisioning it!

Trans-woman. Four months of HRT as of 26/September, 2014  :)

@Debbie55

Your shoes in the second image are fantastic, and that printed fabric on your top is chic!

The energy you portray in your look and your projection is amazingly approachable and has a look of kindness,

Your wig in the first image, gives off a greyish look in the the first image and it's a bit shiny. For a really nice brunette wig go on eBay and get them for literally $10- $15 and they look insanely realistic - specifically referring to the ones from the sellers from China/Hong Kong, or to matte down the shine from your original wig you can use a talc powder.

With another thing that would make you look more passable, I just feel stockings don't feel so fresh and vibrant! I feel you'd look more relaxed without the stockings in your look or a natural skintone stocking instead, looking comfortable and vibrant will make you pass more smoothly. The gloss on your lip-shade would look more chic as a matte (trust), I feel the heavy gloss also looks slightly uncomfortable and not so fresh.

Cute. Your chin has a very nice shape and you look really comfortable/confident. It'll be easier to offer more specific feedback when we can see your entire face. :)

Just for the record. My name is Marina, I am 40 years old, and I have not yet started HRT.

I am planning to remove the beard with laser but for now I simply shave and use foundation.

in the photos I was wearing a bit of make up, I am starting to learn..

They were taken yesterday... how do I score?

You look nice Marina, the lips are full and rather pretty. I think a little eyeliner would enhance your eyes as would some work extending your eyebrows a little farther out. I assume that you will be growing out your hair and getting it styled eventually. I like your taste in clothing, very stylish and your pose is extremely feminine. Very attractive Marina!

Yes, I am growing hair... waiting for a decent length to be styled... maybe next spring, when I will hopefully start HRT.

I am a total beginner for make up, I just learnt to apply a bit foundation and lip gloss... I tried eyeliner but the
results were not presentable  :-X  :-\ I will have to ask a female friend to teach me some basic make up, in the
meantime I watch you Tube tutorials.

Thank you for the great feedback, yeah I do like shoes, defiantly got that bit of the female psyche and those ones are really comfortable. Some great advice you have given me and I will have to try it out and such kind words also, not sure they are words I would have ever attached to the male me and so nice to hear in relation to the inner me.
