Lets see I'm gaining weight in all of the above spots you mentioned. But it all seems to be working out just fine. And I'm losing a lot of my strength and slowly (for me anyways) losing my muscle mass.  ;D

As my T levels have gone down, I much of my weight has shifted to my middle.  That seems to be
pretty common.  It also seems harder to lose it.  Of course, the loss of muscle mass doesn't
help.

I gained weight on my hips and thighs.. I have real child bearing hips, something all the women in my family have. I have real pronounced female figure.

I gained weight in my breasts, as I also come from a family of big breasted women. I have D cups.

What about strength and muscle mass?

- I did loose muscle mass, HRT made my arms look more female, which made me happy, as I love to wear strappy tops/dresses in the summer. I am not as strong as I was before.
Enjoying ride the hormones are giving me... finally becoming the woman I always knew I was

I've been on hormones for 13 months and have lost ~50lbs since then.

I've definitely gained weight in my face as my cheeks are much fuller. I've also gained some weight in my boobs and hips even though overall I've been shrinking.

I'm kind of glad I waited until I started hormones to lose weight because I feel like it sort of carved out a feminine body shape. I've lost like 8 inches in my waist, a ton of weight from my legs, but either kept the same or gained more in my hips/boobs.

I decided to start a diet at the same time I started HRT, almost two months ago (time flies!)

I think it was great to lose weight together with HRT, because it seems that I lost size on male areas and my female areas are still the same size (or bigger).

So far I went from 84 kg to 73 kg. As my height is 5.5 feet I was clearly overweight, but now I am getting on my ideal weight (finally)

Despite from my weight loss, I realized that my butt and thighs are a bit bigger and my waist is waaaay smaller. I was with almost 40 inches of waist and now I am with 34 inches. Butt stood still with around 40 inches. My breasts are bigger, with 40 inches too. It may seem strange, but I think my boobs change size every couple of hours! There are times that they are huge and noticeable under my clothes, and there are times they look like I never had boobs at all.

But my problem is my shoulders...they are big! Result from almost ten years of swimmining. Lucky me I don't swin since I was 18 yo (8 years ago)...but the damage is already done. I doubt I will have passable shoulders someday :(  they can get a bit smaller, but from muscle loss.

About muscle, I could easily carry a water gallon of 20 L, but now I can do that only with great difficulty...I lost a lot of strenght for sure!

I put weight on with HRT naturally and also seemed to develop a slower metabolism.  I have put on lots weight more since, but that is due to depression and comfort eating.  Yes, the two are directly related, I'd say.   I am a former anorexic and everyday I have to fight thoughts of reverting to it.  VERY hard for me, yet some would say ironic that I am now fat.  Well, no, it's not: eating disorders don't just include undereating but also overeating.  They are emotion-fuelled.  At least for me they are.

This is actually a big problem for me. I can't gain weight. I'm all of 125 lbs at 5'5 and I have lost five lbs. in the last two months and about 15-20 lbs. since I started in March. I only started regular HRT on Sept. 25 so I'm not even sure how this happened. I'm trying to gain weight now because my BF*(ex-BF?) said I look prettier and more femme with more weight on but I was wearing a small sized grey pea coat from Old Navy that I bought from the men's section and thought I looked kinda biyish but the women at Rite Aid called me her and she without hesitation. So it is good to know I am not being misgendered.

It's leveled off for me as of late. I'm right around 158-160 pds. And it seems to be just moving around. I have lost muscle and fat in my extremities and seem to be gaining weight in my chest and upper arms.
I was working out pretty consistently but with some pretty heavy project deadlines and trying to stay social during this time it's just not happening. At this point it really is what do I give up? Sleep, food, sanity or working out and I choose working out even though I like working out. But I should be through my deadlines by early December and back on track to working towards my desired body shape.
