With bones - what has been settled already could not be undone by hormones. I have no idea what kind of brow ridge You have and if it is going to thicken - You might look at Your male family members - if You have any - for possible insights. I know that brow ridge keeps growing after the puberty as essentially body continues masculinisation for remained of life. Some of that roughening up could be undone by hormones, but for other things only surgery might help. And there are also genetic guys who have absolutely no brow ridge whatsoever. I have quite small one and looking back at my pics, I think it appeared when I was 22-24+, but I had delayed puberty.
Your jaw might be pretty much settled by now too - the only way to increase/decrease its visual effect is working with the muscles around it. Btw, apart of some outlinining and specific features, which cant be seen anyway - in terms of width both female and male jaw are very similar - it is the male muscle definition which often makes that visual impression of strong and wide jaw.
So, yeah, here goes the usual rule - your mileage may vary... Dunno if this helps, but if getting on blockers is a matter of months, not years, I would not worry that much...
