Dear Girls,

I am so exited. I just booked my FFS with Facial Team in Marbella (Spain)! The surgery should be the March 13th. Ich hope soooo much to look like a female after that surgery. I had consultation with Dr. Bart can den Ven, Dr. Frans Noorman van der Dussen und Facial Team. Before I choose to stay in Europe for the surgery. It is not that cheaper and I feel much better staying in Europe for the surgery. Maybe I could save 1000 Euro or so if going to Dr. Cardenas after travel expenses but for me that is not worth time and bad feelings.

After having virtual FFS much reading and discussing during the thre consultation I decided ti have forehead, nose and chin. My jaws are within the normal female range and lip and other fings are also within normal female range.

Before surgery I want to get extensions for my to avoid using the wig after surgery. I hate wearing wigs! Only my finge is a problem which has to be solved. My are are currently not long enough which were transplanted in the temples three months before. But it is likely that I can find a solution. Here in Berlin is a specialist which also extends the hair in front which is invisible. I have yet to mate a apointment with her. My job currently do not leave my much free time after therapy (which is mandatory here) and speech training and all other thinks which has to be done.

It is so extiting. In December I will start my HRT.  8) It is like I would have a second puberty.

I am so excited. I know it is not so interesting but to be honest I hoped to get some response :-) That is such a big step for me.

Thanks!

I think it is a big step forward. Unfortunately it is not covered by the health insurance. In my opion it should be covered because it is necessary to live in the born gender.
