Pre-HRT ~ Where do you feel dysphoria physically (tension / pain)?

I have a ton of tension bordering on pain in my shoulders... and weakness in my arms and legs. These things only happen during extreme dysphoria.

Is this common? Is it a stress response of some sort?

I have to imagine HRT will fix this... it has only started happening after losing a lot of weight. It has nothing to do with how much I'm eating... I'm eating like a pig in response and gaining weight :( though I'm trying to limit it. It could have something to do with too much coffee, but I'm trying cutting back and it's not helping yet (making it worse, if anything).

I have so much stress in my life i can feel it everywhere, it's perfectly natural when feeling dysphoric.

I get headaches daily, pain in my back and shoulders less frequently. But I also have TMJ, and unless on regular Advil (four a day) I have headaches daily. Which has sucked recently because I've stopped Advil to preserve my liver.

As anxiety - restlessness and tightness in chest.  Yoga helps.
Body... meet brain.  Now follow her lead and there will be no more trouble, you dig?
