Hi ladies this is just an update from my last post "so close yet so far away" I received a phone call yesterday with a date for my first psyc appt, it is in late April 2014 but they said that if someone cancells I might get an earlier appt.

I am so excited I certainly won't be cancelling lol.

Wow, I know it can take a while to get through the waiting list of some psychs but four months is a steep waiting list! Congrats, but it's a shame you can't see someone sooner.

It varies so much. I had a six month listing and ended up in three weeks because of cancellations.

My appt is with Dr Lyons and he is very popular because apparently he is the best in the state.

That's nothing, I'm stuck waiting until September next year after initially visiting my GP in May

Wow, that's...I'm lost for words!  Is that so you can get on HRT or are you already seeing an endo?

congratulations, but wow, is that in the U.S. I'm from Chicago, it took me a day to see some one.

No I'm in Australia apparently its the norm here.
