Just was watching an old episode of NCIS, one of my favourite TV shows, where in this episode, a former Navy officer, who was a transsexual, was suspected of murder in a cold case, but also suspected to have been dead, but in actuality, faked his death to become a woman, in which she lived for three years under a new name, and killed a federal agent who was pursuing an old cold case pertaining to the old him. The references made like "getting your plumbing turned inside out" "she is a he" "he's not a woman yet, the surgery was scheduled for next month in Bangkok" and "tonguing a guy" severely angered me. Not to mention the fact that they used transsexualism as a way to avoid a past crime.
I love the show, I just don't know if I can watch it without feeling contempt anymore.
