I just broke a guitar string while attempting to tune it to Open D. It was going really well and then along comes that awful sound. There goes outlet no.1 for at least the rest of this year.

Misgendering has become rare for me, but now and again and it happens and it always stings. I feel so bad whenever I hear about it happening to others because for me, it really throws me off balance for a little bit.

I feel like I havnt accomplished much this month and in some ways a setback compared to a month ago.

I drove myself to a panic attack on the bus. I managed to calm myself down though. I was thinking about saving for my chest surgery, and how when I move into a new job there's a chance I might be spotted as trans or read as female...and thus "forced" to work as a woman (frankly, when people know of my history, they see me as a woman still even if they try to be supportive)...and I just...I couldn't take it. I started thinking horrible things like "I'll have to sell my body if I am ever going to have enough to support myself and pay for surgery."

Thankfully I had a friend with me and she saw that I was starting to have the panic attack. We got off at the next stop and stopped in a park, and I told her what I was thinking and feeling, and she brought me back down to earth. I'm not going to have to sell my body lol. But I am going to have to find a way to help out my dysphoria. I'm going to try to grow out my beard again even though it's kinda thin.

My sister's best friend is getting a divorce.

This makes me sad.  I hate divorces.

I'm trying so hard to explain what transgender is, why I am, and how I'm still the same ol' me, just in a different gender and name, to my friend, but he's just not understanding, and keeps throwing bible verses at me that just say "God is your friend, listen to him" and not actually giving me any solid evidence that being transgender is sinful.

I'd say something to the effect of this:

"You believe that your religious beliefs preclude your acceptance of me. I can accept that on the condition that you remove that religious hat when you interact with me. If we can establish our friendship as a faith-free zone, there should be no barrier."

Looks like I don't have room in my suitcase for packing a ser of female clothing for at least one day. The only possible solution is to go as female for the whole trip save for the job interview, but I don't feel strong enough for doing the whole trip like that. damn... What to do...


All of my problems steem from the issue of having to wear two coats. too much space in the case, not to mention boots and shoes... What can I do... Damn.

Are you flying? If so could you put an extra outfit inside a backpack and just keep it on your person? I had trouble fitting all my clothes into a suitcase for one trip, so I kept a backpack on my person and rolled up an outfit real tight in there.

Nah. No matter what I do, More things appear and I can't fit two coats (wearing one, the other in the suitcase). My backpack is already filled to the top with the documents, electronics, IDs, paperwork I will be studying during the  flight  and food. But the damned footwear. if it was not that I could fit pressed converses, but between the moccasins and boots, there is no rum for everything. Clothing in itself is not an issue, but the things that can't be compressed are...

I already resigned to travel as male, but I wanted to at least go out as myself for lunch breaks (Interview is on monday at 9:45, but I plan to lock myself in the hotel room for most of the sunday preparing myself). Still trying to fit things, but the time I have left is fairly limited. If I could plan this with more time in advance... I have 4 hours before going to bet at 11:00, and I wake up at 4:30 to get in time to the airport. The more I load, the slower I'll move in the 25 minutes walk I need to do with the stuff until I reach the bus station.
