I've had a modest difference... by the measurements I started at 29w/34h and now at the same exact weight (after a fluctuation up almost 20lbs and back) I am at 26w/36h.
I'd like to think that my pelvis has widened, but I really don't think it has. It just looks that way because my waist went in so much. Either way, I am incredibly happy about it.
My diet consists mainly of brown/wild rice, avocado, coconut oil, egg, and veggies of all sorts. I do eat meat occasionally and chocolate is always mind blowing- but I try to keep that in check!
I've been on the motherload dose of estrogen and moderate dose of progesterone for 12 months and I'm fairly active with cycling.
