So, I have met a few of you in the chatroom already, but I figured since my husband was brave enough to give an intro on here so should I. I am Vanessa's SO. I am very excited for Vanessa, and I am very proud. I am so glad that s/he decided to share with me and, we are both glad that we have found such a wonderful place to make new friends. If you read Vanessa's intro or if I talked to you in the chat then you know that I am bi. I haven't mentioned this to many people, Vanessa knows, but my father is a CD. He hides it. I found out when I was about 10 years old, and that is a very impressionable age. I was just begining to have my first crushes, and become interested in relationships. I remember my mother sent me to vacation bible school that summer, and I had a crush on what I thought was a boy in one of the older classes. And on the last day of vbs, durring the awards ceremony they do, I found out the ''boy'' I liked so much was actually the preachers daughter. The funny thing was that, it did not change the fact that I was still attracted to this person. I am 23, and so by the time I got to highschool, being a bi-sexual girl was a good thing, it got a boys attention. Not that you could actually find a real girlfriend if you were a chick, but they all wanted to say that they were bi and that you two were an item. So, I had a few girlfriends and several boyfriends thru highschool. My mom doesnt know my sexual orentation, and I wont tell her. She divorced my father in part because he is a CD, and she dosnt mind gay/bi people..... as long as its not her children. I have always been a very open person, and the night I met my husband I knew there was something about him that was begging to be set free. I am so glad that I am the one s/he chose to share it with. I want to be supportive and encouraging so any words of wisdom are greatly appriciated. Thank you all for your support too! You are all beautiful people.
