The rolley eyes are because, in practice, very few people would know their haplotype.

Sorry for being obscure :(

Don't apologize, you do it so well!

The results of that might be very illuminating, but the scope is waaaay beyond what we can do here...

Obviously... I was born in the state of confusion  :D

Another great song by the Kinks.  For obvious reasons this one in particular struck home.   Ontario by the way  :)

Only 80 votes so far?  Awww, c'mon!

A few thousand more and we'll have statistical significance  ::)

No more than four results per state is still blowing my mind.  The distribution is so even.  My Canada poll got only 27 votes of which I believe a legit 11 were from Ontario.  Must be something in the water.

I grew up listening to Floyd Cramer!  My dad loved honky tonk piano, used to play it constantly.

Ahh, California finally hit five.  I predicted that.

  •

Nero

Well, the results seem pretty spread out, with California taking the lead.

Fargo North Dakota.  I was supposed to have been born in Minnesota but there were complications and Fargo was the nearest town with a good hospital.  (Can you imagine being so far in the middle of nowhere that Fargo North Dakota is considered a "big town"?  Ever see the movie "Fargo"?)  Ya, you betchya, Fargo is a big town don't ya know.

NO offence to anyone in ND.  I lived in Grand Forks for five years and am heading there tomorrow for the new year's holiday.  Go Sioux!

Hugs,

Jen
To move forward is to leave behind that which has become dear. It is a call into the wild, into becoming someone currently unknown to us. For most, it is a call too frightening and too challenging to heed. For some, it is a call to be more than we were capable of being, both now and in the future.
