Ok so far I have seen nothing on this topic here just yet. Edit just saw one thing but not what I am about to share. I was on hormones for 10 years and only grew a full A maybe a small B not 100% sure on that. I don't do the injections just hormone pills. I had tried the injections but found they were not for me and made me cray cray LOL.

Anywho I knew I wanted to get breast implants and began looking for a doctor who did trans women. I googled about 3 doctors here in the Ottawa Area. Only one got back to me he is Dr Silverman. I had gone for a consultation he explained to me everything and what we would go for. I thought going into it I knew what I wanted which was tear drop and all of that.

A year later I had a second consultation to which I had booked my surgery with him. I did not get tear drop but round an I got submuscular. In the breast crease. I Also had asked about getting a DD because I'm so tall I could pull it off standing at 6'3. But he said he could not guarantee anything because each bra company makes their bras differently. I got 616cc's he said if I wanted bigger that I would have to go back for a second surgery. Because I went so big right off the bat I did have some minor stretch marks but that is fine and I am very happy with the result.

Later I was kind of fitted and was a 38 to 40 C however after being fitted at Victoria Secret by them I am a 38DD in their bras so that is all I wear now. I also signed a form so Dr Silverman could post my photo's of before and after on his site. He also does Chest Surgery for Female to Male patients.

Oh I should also mention the implants I got were cohesive gel which last 25+ years and cost was $9665.65 that is also including hospital and all of that but this was back in 2011 the price may have gone up.

You can find my before and after on his site here. http://www.ottawaplasticsurgery.com/photo-gallery/details.cfm?ID=57&StartRow=1

I know. It's just, ARGH, so hard to wait even though I know it is best. I guess I have waited 40 years, so another won't matter that much. Sure doesn't make me very patient seeing your results though! ARGH Echoes' to the distance...................

They have also softened up a lot over time, the skin is not so tight. Now they are just great. Grow what you can and then go from there. And for a very natural look go under the muscle. I told the doctor even though they are fake I want them to look as natural as possible. Of course any well made bra will give the look of big boobs if you want a more cleavage look LOL.

Umm! Lana, he certainly did a magic job on you, sounds like I had mine about the same time as you. My boobies birthday is 5th July 2011 @ 1pm. I'm only little so as Mr Michael Graham my surgeon at The Winterbourne Hospital, in Dorchester, UK suggested with my frame the biggest I should go for is 290 grams so that's just what I have.

On leaving hospital my first sports bras were 36C but now they have loosened up a bit I appear to have settled down to 38D, well that's the bra size that seems to fit perfect now.

I must say they have revolutionised my life, I was very much a part timer, a TV but as the generic girlfriend that had accompanied me to my consultation said, "when you get out of hospital, you will want to show them off to everyone" to which I replied " No I won't, I'll dress in my male gear unless I'm going somewhere special" No chance, just two days out of hospital then on went the low cut tops for good, and Pippa when full time TG. Within weeks, I had changed my name to Mx Philippa-paul and got into permanent make-up on eyes, brows lips and aureole's.

Two and a half years later, I feel magic, like re-born, 5th July 2011 was the best day of my life and my puppies (boobies), well I just love them to bits.
Hi, you're with 71 year old pre-op transgender Philippa (Pippa) born back in June 1946, I live on the south coast of UK in Wimborne Minster, Dorset.

I've been with The Laurels, NHS Transgender Clinic in Exeter UK,  for 2.5 years. I started my pre-op transgender journey after having breast implant surgery done by surgeon, Mr Michael Graham at The Winterbourne Hospital, in Dorchester UK, in July 2011.

It was after breast implant surgery, my female true real-self emerged, and I started to live full time as the woman. I was adamant GRS was not an opinion, after looking deep into my inner self, thoughts have changed, also testosterone blocking Pro-strap injection have a very positive impact, together with my oestrogen, sex drive has become better and more feminine. I am now so excited, and want to get on with my GRS.

On the list with another of Britain's top surgeons, Mr Phil Thomas in Brighton for my Gender Reassignment Surgery.

I am engaged to Michael, a wonderful supportive guy.

Now Jessica, slowly put the chainsaw and the machine gun down. Your pictures are just great, I haven't seen them but I just know, you're a top babe.

Uh, yeah they can. Forget water boarding of detainee's. They now use Jessica boarding of detainee's. If you have noticed, not any terrorist attacks since 9/11. The CIA is getting information volunteered now, without cash or torture.

kiaraja never heard of that.

basicly they give you liposuction on you abdomen or wherever they can get fat tissue and they refine the fat cells and inject your own fat tissue into places you want the fat cells, unfortunatly i don't have much fat so i will probably only get a cup size, but im thinking about instead getting the fat to fill my hips/bum area and just get a regular BA, and in the future i will get another one to replace the implants
