For many years now, when I get fraustrated or angry, I often find myself feeling annoyed or somewhat puzzled about how I'm feeling and have read that it is known as looking inward. My question is, what causes it? I generally don't get angry with other people to the point that I shout and swear, but I do get the shakes and uneasiness in my stomach. I mainly get really irate with my computer or mobile when they're having problems and my patience just goes out the window. With people though, I'm usually quite tollerant of what they say or do, even if deep down inside I feel like ripping their heads off and crapping down their neck. :(

Any ideas?

You pose a good question, and I really don't know a good answer.  But I have noticed that TG/TS people are unusually hard on themselves.
