The phrase "dressing full time" sends up a red flag here.......................
My curiosity is keeping me from not asking why you say this

As per the post, try not to think so hard on it... You have to understand that HRT is going to take quite some time before you notice anything. Try to enjoy where you are and just be patient ~ I know its hard ~ but as of recently, I've been able to dress full time as well (when i say full time i dont mean make up and everything all the time, but whenever im not at work, i dress female in every way, and at work I'll wear work-friendly girl clothes such as skinny or tight flared jeans with flats and a cute t-shirt with no bra and no makeup) ~ this alone has reduced my anxiety greatly and its allowing for me to be more patient about the pace of my transition (while i sometimes do have freak outs about my body hair or about my muscle mass or about my facial features)
Try to kind of get more in touch with yourself - learn new things, try to figure out and understand your inner woman ~ Thats what i do whenever i start to feel like things are going too slow; I start to reflect and think about things i want to do in the future, or clothes i wanna buy, make-up techniques i want to perfect... you should try to concentrate on the idea that you are a woman with or without hormones... i dont know if that makes sense, but for example; whenever i feel down, i tell myself, or look at myself in the mirror and say: "I am a beautiful woman, and I'm going to improve with time."
However, I have to agree with suzifrommd, even when you start HRT, its going to take a WHILE and the results vary from person to person. The whole point is living confidently and happily as a woman, and take it one day at a time. You could also try a support group (hope that doesn't sound cheesy), I'm not much of a support group "talk-in-a-circle" kind of person, but when i went to a support group, it helped me IMMENSELY with my anxiety or dysphoria.
