Fell off the wagon when I got depressed so now it's time to hop back on it.  With a journal I'll have a little accountability to help keep me going.

Tomorrow I'll be doing my zombie run with https://www.zombiesrungame.com/ on my phone.  It's lots of fun and helps keep me from getting bored.

Can't wait until it's less cold.  I'd rather run in the heat than the cold.
