Oh, stop!  I couldn't lie to a face that pretty! You have many natural feminine features, and your makeup application is great as well. That blue eyeshadow is to die for.

I'm neeeeeeeeeeeeeew -wave frantically-

I'm 26 and I've been on HRT for just over 3 weeks now, so allot of work still to go, but hey need to start somewhere right? ^^

My bog standard look


My "Silly Diva" Look


My "I'm not crazy! Honest!" Look


List of things to improve so far...

• Hair!: Getting some regrowth with the HRT as I have some slight Male Pattern Baldness going on, should take care of itself hopefully, and I am going to be seeing a stylist tomorrow! -squee-
• Girl Glasses?: See: https://www.susans.org/forums/index.php/topic,158598.0.html
• Eyebrows: So thick, so manly, so blegh
• More Make-up Practice: The eyeliner! It's scary! I feel like I am going to poke my eye out! (long sightedness doesn't help -.-')
• FFS?: I feel most dysphoric about my heavy set caveman brow :S Not sure if FFS will be in my future

So what's the prognosis?

I think your prognosis is great.
Your skin already seems soft and feminine
Your posture is feminine
You don't seem to have a very manly build up on the upper body and your adams apple is nowhere to be seen.
Your face has many great features to start out with also.

I suggest giving HRT at least a year or so before you try FFS. Miracles has happened where the fat fills out to hide the brow

I'm not sure about the no adam's apple bit, I think that's just a rather good angle and lighting, in the wrong lighting it looks downright hideous -.-'

I didn't think on the softening of the face when it came to reducing the brow prominence though! Something new to consider, I don't think I will be jumping into FFS any time soon anyway, but this gives me a bit more hope at least.

Changing to a more femineine framed glasses would help as well. trim the eyebrows too. But overall you look great! Very cute!

I think with longer hair and more feminine glasses, you could pass for sure. You're really cute already, though.

People think I'm cute? I don't know how to process this information! I may need to go to a working man's pub or something to get some insults hurled at me, just to keep me humble of course.
