I think Dr. di Maggio is more expensive than Dr Cardenas?! Maybe someone has more information? I once got an email sent as a request for prices.

Do you remember price for the entire forehead more or less (scalp advancement, brow lift & brow ridge contouring)?

By Dr Maggio i mean 7000 $ but i not sure. When Dr Maggio answear me i say you the exactly price offer.

dr di maggio have answear me. he have package prices. according to an image analytics for me 18000 $. in the packe things i not need are also here. for that much money i get that too with good doctors in europe. i going to cardenas....the price is good and he is a good doctor with experience. di maggio i can not recommend why the surgery procedes ii not need all was in the package and the price was to high.

Hi everyone! I just recently started researching FFS surgeons, and am very interested in Dr. Cardenas. Even though he seems almost too good to be true price wise, I still feel mostly comfortable with what I've heard. I do have two areas of concern though, and maybe someone who's been to him can help me.

Firstly, I have a feeling I'll need Type III forehead reconstruction, and I didn't see anything on his site or price quote about getting an X-ray to see how thick your skull is in front of your sinuses. If he doesn't look at an X-ray to make sure he won't just break through the front of your head, I don't think I'd go to him.

Secondly, one of the few drawbacks I've heard is that people felt a bit rushed during consultations with Dr. Cardenas. I want to speak to him about specifically how I want my nose, etc to look, and I don't just want the same nose and features he gives everyone else.

If anyone could clear up these concerns, I'd really appreciate it!

I contacted him to ask if I should get FFS or my acne scars taken care of first, he answered with a laundry list of procedures. He didn't answer my simple question and also told me I didn't have loose skin when I can pull it off my face 3 inches in some places!

Seems to me he's got an assembly line operation set up there in his little villa.

Oh and ask him what you'll look like after you've had the operation. He won't be able to tell you, but he'll send you a bunch of his results. The good, the bad, and the ugly. So at least he's honest,or happy to make you look like a puta!

When I ask him about my nose. He didn't tell specific, he just told me it would be improved. I just took leap of faith. Fortunately I like it. He (actually his wife that do the nose) did more than I expected but I'm glad I like the result. For example, I didn't expect he will do alarplasty but he did.

He took time with me when I went to him. But from what I have herd I'm no where near as demanding as some of his other FFS patients who have unrealistic expectations. He spent maybe 10-20 minutes with me and we talked about what kind of natural look I was going for. He was like yes on this, no on that. All in all I think he did a good job and I had fun at the recovery villa

bringing back an old forum . Does anyone have pictureds they can share of dr cardenas ?
I wil be seeing him for type 3 forehead, rhinoplasy, trachea shave.

New and in need of guidance.

I contacted them awhile ago about why there are so few photos and they gave me a weak excuse that is was due to privacy concerns of the patients.  I can understand that is the case for some people, but there are other docs that have a generous amount of before an afters.

I had FFS with him too a few years ago thinking of going doing a video on it and maybe seeing if a few other clients of his are willing to do a group video next spring/summer too. we would be Dr C's girls.
