SUSAN'S KISSING BOOTH



Valentine's Day is upon us and love is in the air.  In honor of an old tradition, with a new twist, we are setting up a virtual "kissing booth" to raise money to help support the site.  Show your friends here how much you care about them.

Here is how it works ...

A member makes a pledge to donate a certain amount to the site, if a named member will reward them with a "virtual kiss," or some other sort of favor.   It could be a picture of a kiss or a hug; perhaps an original poem; an E-card, maybe even an audio or video greeting!

Example:

Nero pledges $2 to the site if Jamie D will give him a "kiss."  Jamie D replies:

"Here you go, hon"



Then Nero makes his donation.  Jamie could, of course, decline or barter or negotiate.  Some people are just not that easy!!  (I am though  )

Have fun with it and help the site a little bit.  What's nice is that we don't have to worry about influenza, mononucleosis, or herpes!

You can also leave tributes here to those who have helped and supported you.  In the spirit of the season, let's be kind and caring to one another.

Hmm... I tried Google images (typed in: portia porcupine laura squirrel), but strangely came across a photo of our member Constance, and then another photo of yourself, along with photos of numerous members of Susan's Place. It seems like Portia Porcupine is mentioned the most here out of anyplace on the net.

  Awesome.

If we had an election, Sarah7 would likely be voted "Sweetheart of the Site."

I would like to commission an original poem from Sarah7 to her GF, $1 per line, up to 10 lines.

EDIT: I just looked up "sonnet" - those are traditionally 14 lines.
