* Drug Warning *
Don't ever let them give you any of the fluoroquinolone antibiotics to kill a UTI. They are -d-a-n-g-e-r-o-u-s-.
Common names include Cipro, Levaquin, Tequin, Avelox, Noroxin, and Floxin. They are routinely prescribed for UTI's because they are broad spectrum antibiotics attacking many, many strains of infectious bacteria. Basically they kill a cell by damaging it's DNA rendering it incapable of reproducing.
When you take these drugs, it's what many call being "floxed". The drugs are bonded with fluoride and are capable of penetrating your entire body, even passing the blood brain barrier.
Floxing drugs can cause devastating effects to the tendons, heart, nervous system and brain.
Fibromyalgia is a common misdiagnosis for being "floxed" along with a wide list of others- even mood disorders. Active healthy people are perhaps some of the most at risk because of the drugs' effect on tendons and cartilage.
Also there is a major drug interaction between steroids like prednisone (corticosteroids). It can cause tendon rupture. Watch. Out.
Don't take this stuff unless it's life or death!
