Not entirely sure. We currently have a rodent infestation, but all I know is that when the exterminators came, they asked me if I had a pet. (I don't.) Next thing I know I'm getting a letter saying my place is going to be inspected, I'll be evicted if I don't pass it, and to do things I already do. Since I already do these things, I'm not sure what they want from me.

What's your read on the landlord?

My read on my landlord was ethical. My lead on the exterminators, not so much.

Maybe the letter is a generic warning? 

Eviction seems pretty severe for a generic warning especially since I'm not sure what it is I'm supposed to have done.

I agree. The whole thing sounds completely out of line.

Have rents in the city spiked recently? When rents in Saskatoon shot up, people were getting evicted left, right, and centre for specious reasons so that landlords could jack the rent on the next tenant.

I doubt it. Many of the people in this city are broke.

A friend who used to live there was trying to convince me to move my family there. She was singing it's praises.

Of Saint John? I wouldn't recommend moving here. There are no jobs, no culture, it's polluted, and all together a crappy place to live.

Just doing a little venting. I HATE fraking being tall (5'11") really love Ralph Lauren but a lot of the choices I want I can't have

Way to start off the day, with a hellacious morning. -_- Missed the bus, for one. For another, I am in major caffeine withdrawal and I have actual headaches and grrr.

My dysphoria brain is also being relentless. If I had been only slightly less stable, I'd have punched the mirror and hurt myself in the process. I HATE being trans. I just hate it. My voice is breaking again so it's stuck in this high pitched hoarse, which is humiliating, because I sound like a woman. And this chest. -_- I know that in actuality I pass, but sometimes I see my face and chest and just think "yeah, no one could actually think I'm male, they're just humouring me." And then I get the worst thoughts..."maybe I'm one of the unpassables. I'll always look like a woman, I'll never progress, I'll never get my surgeries." Maybe it's a sacrifice I have to make. Maybe I have to be unpassable so no one notices the other men who can be stealth.

My mom dumped the rest of my healthy meals my sister made into to big sodium-filled pot of vegetable soup.  She also dumped the stir fried chicken and brocoli in there.  My brother can eat that.....I don't want any part of it.  I am SO upset right now.  I wonder when I actually start to invest in healthy meals myself if she will just take them without my consent and completely ruin them.  Arrrrrrrrrrrrrrgh!

That's how my dad makes stew. lol. Sometimes he puts deli meat in it. It's not pleasant.

I know that feeling.  Part of my healthymeal were cooked mashed sweet potatos and she dumped those in there.  Those were digusting but still....  I didn't even taste the soup.
