So one of my largest hold backs besides me being out of shape (working on it), is my financial situation. Im currently working 2 retail jobs, and after bills and necessity's I can only save about $100-$200 per pay period (that's including both checks). I plan on doing a Chin reduction surgery (because I will need it for sure), a Chondrolaryngoplasty to get rid of this ugly thing, as well as a full body laser hair removal, At the very least the face, back and chest area, and I can just shave my legs and arms until I can afford to get those surgery's done. I will also need a vocal surgery, a SRS (after my HRT starts), and of course my HRT.

Im looking for any and all information on the costs some of you ladies had to pay to get any or all of these surgery's done and if you had insurance did it help cover some of the costs, if so what insurance company do you have so I can shop around and see what will work best. (if you do not want to tell the insurance company that is fine I respect your privacy)

At the very least I want the Chondrolaryngoplasty, chin reduction surgery, and vocal surgery done during or shortly before my HRT starts, as well as at bare minimum my facial laser hair removal so I can at least shave away the rest without fear. I can hold off on my srs and the other laser hair removals.

I live in Austin, TX so if any of you ladies know of any good, trusted places I can go to here then please tell me where.
Also please keep in mind that I dont want to get cheapo "just getting it done" work. I want quality and am willing to pay more if I have to. Im not having some back alley hack messing with my body!
