Ok so.. I mean still super happy about starting HRT yesterday but like.. >> Now "aunt flow" has come for a visit today so it's like war of the hormones inside my body and I want a cigarette despite knowing the risks... I feel the urge to set the Earth on fire with nukes right this moment.

Is it safe to have like ONE cigarette right now? -facedesk- cause I feel the urge to destroy something

I smoked from 11 to 44. I finally was as able to quit and have been smoke free for 6 years. HRT is the medicine you need not cigarettes.
