I honestly don't see anything keeping you from passing. But of course, it's hard to say for sure since in your pics only one angle is visible.

I hope you guys can see this. The "selfie cam" on my phone isn't the best of quality.

Rule #1 of selfies ... no back lighting!!

Any specific criticisms as to why I'm not passing now?

I agree with the others, you look feminine in these shots- maybe trimming or shaping your eyebrows more could help?  Outside of that, I'm not sure what would keep you from passing.  Have you considered posting a video?  Sometimes it can be hard to define what's holding us back when we're only able to evaluate a still image.

As I said, I believe you'll pass. There is only one angle here and that makes it hard to determine whether or not someone is passing. If you want to hear why I don't think you're passing as of now:
It's because of your nose, it has a male shape about it and it makes you stand out a bit. I'd recommend that you look into having some kind of rhinoplasty.

Keep in mind that this is only my opinion, I may be wrong and you shouldn't listen to only one single person on the internet.

Post some plain front quarter and side shots  and I will try and tell you.

The nose isn't that bad.  Rhinoplasties are very common, even for ciswomen.  In the picture I don't see any adams apple at all.

It looks to me like you will probably want some brow work done, but I would want to see what a couple years of HRT do for you.  There is nothing there which would cause me to say no way.

Thanks.  :)

I do have an adams apple but thankfully it's not very big.

I plan to be on HRT for a while before I consider any kind of FFS, it's best to see what kind of changes HRT will make first, and then work from there.

And the duckface picture, because being a girl obliges :P (Pre-HRT)

I love your smile Allyson! It gives you a very feminine look and just makes you just shine. I say you pass right now. The only thing I can think of is longer hair. It would frame your face so beautifully and leave no doubt at all you are a woman. Only thing I could add. Good job! :)

I hate feeling like chopped liver :( Does anyone have any comments on mine? Guess I should be glad no one's said that I look masculine, but no one's said that I look feminine or where I can improve on either...

Baby with the lighting I cant give a good evaluation yet. Try another picture and we will definitely give you our opinion, OK? No one gets left out here, we just have to be able to see good. :)

One thing I've noticed in this thread is the very low quality of most pictures. I understand how you feel and that a better picture would "out" you or reveal any "male" features. But this thread is a thread that will give you advice/suggestions on how to improve your appearance as a woman. And therefore the better the pictures are, the easier it is for us to help you.

I just don't have a good quality camera, that's my excuse. :P

And the same goes about colorizing/shading your pictures. I don't mean to offend anyone here.
But Caysee, does your camera have an automatic black/greyshading then?

Nope.  I'm not offended, I just had it set on black and white for fun and afterwards decided to post them here.  I wasn't specifically taking the pictures for this thread.

No offence taken :D

I doubt people are intentionally posting low quality pictures just to look more feminine...actually I would think that higher quality pictures would make one look more feminine, since in general higher quality pictures make you look better rather than worse (I think).

I'm still pre everything, this is me without makeup.

I have bad teeth so I don't smile much.

Girl, lemme me tell you that you CAN pass no doubt. Despite what you say about your nose, I still think you are able to pass. You have some very nice features. Focus on polishing your eyes. They're going to be needed to take attention off of your nose and to the background where your beautiful eyes will be bloomed open. Trim and sculpt the brows, the uni, and start practising both eye makeup and facial.

Another thing is to SMILE. :D It's goes a very long way. Most often when I see an attractive serious face, it's generally on very very attractive women. But smiles are even more feminine. That's why many men always look so serious. Show off those teeth and your happiness when dressed, I really think you'd be blown away at what you already got going for you girl! <3

I am not in transition. People recognize me as a  woman when just looking my body shape, but mostly as a man after looking my face.

I am wearing mascara and sun cream.

And the verdict is:

Uh-oh...

Just do it.

I don't think your face is that bad. Many beautiful women have facial features that are considered masculine.

But anyway, just for fun here's what you might look like with FFS:
