The only reason it may be failing.... is it's the ones closest to you or that know you well. First they see you everyday (possibly) second no matter how much you change or how much you appear as a women to everyone else...to them it takes awhile for  them to accept it.

My sister has finally come to the point that she see's nothing more than a woman...the thing is, she doesn't tell me this unless I  get very down and start questioning myself. She then tells me in a way...that she is shocked that I'm even questioning myself. This is the point everyone needs to get too....to just not question yourself!!

Hi Alyssa, judging by your picture I would definitely say that you are well on your way to passing. There are some things that makes you look a bit masculine, but they will wash away once you start HRT. Good luck and keep up the good work!

HRT will help with the face, but the only thing missing is a big smile. You would be amazed how much one will feminize your face and pass you well. It also show's confidence and strength. A smile means I am happy into my very being and I am letting it show. It warms others heart's. Other than that, PASS!

You have a nice femme teardrop jaw line, cute mouth & button nose. FFS, could botox for bigger lips, narrow the nose, move eyes in more. Ear & lobe ectomy (make smaller). Work on the eyebrows. Learn Make up. Grow head hair out.  Lord love a duck, it is going to cost a bizillion bucks electrolysis all that facial & body hair! You will look pretty cute once hrt has done the magic! lol Toss the bonnet. Just kidding. That is funny Shan.

Been a while since I have had time here, busy with family happenings, will try to catch up here.
