Nothing super crazy, but I hadn't posted anything in awhile and I kind of hit a milestone today, so I thought I'd do a little sharing. While I have been out to my family for a little bit and can stay in girl mode around the house pretty comfortably, I still hadn't gone further then my front driveway in girl mode, until a few hours ago. Normally I visit my therapist after work once every few weeks or so, and don't really have time to redress before hand (and it would be a huge hassle anyway). But today I happened to get the day off, and figured, what the heck, I'll be daring and go as myself since I had the time to prepare. Nothing crazy really happened, I felt a bit paranoid about how I walked since I had convinced myself my appearance was passable my subconscious decided to pick on my walking style as some how something that could give me away, and I passed a couple people once I was out of my car and didn't really get any further attention, which was a pleasant surprise. My therapist complimented my hair but overall things were pretty normal. But still, first time out of my house felt like it deserved being mentioned. Even if I wasn't out in public very long.  :)

Anyway, that's about it. So far my life is calm and has kind of settled down until I really push things further (like finally telling my dad). I hope everyone else is doing well with their various points of transitioning  :D

I am a weird girl, I like video games and skirts, swords and nail polish, sharks and black lace...not sure if that's normal, definitely sure that I don't care. =P

I love your avatar girl! I so want that outfit!!

I am so glad you had a positive experience. Watch out though, I dressed for one Therapy session and never changed back. I went full time the first day when the world didn't end or something cataclysmic happen because of it. It is so darn addictive!! :)

Thanks Stephaniec and Jessica. And I definitely know what your saying, it is definitely addictive. The further I push my comfort zone the less I want to go back at all. Also so far outfit in my profile image is one of my favorites that I've put together so far. ^_^ I really like the underbust but it can be a pain to put on some times.

Thanks, I still need to work on my selfie skills. I tend to look really awkward or at best super focused when I take the pictures, normally because I'm concentrated on getting the angle right. =P

Thanks ^_^ I try to remember while I'm judging myself. Most people aren't looking to spot every trans person they can, and things that might seem super obvious to me are probably less so to the average person.

Plus perception is a fickle thing. Some days I think I look "better" than others even though nothing is different.  I can hold my head/face in a mirror a certain way and think, "Yeah, that looks pretty good."  but then change something as simple as the angle I'm looking at it and, "Aww crap".
