Hey guys

I'm not sure if these things are related at all, but I started T about 3 weeks ago and since then I've noticed that I bruise like a peach. My arms and legs are covered right now with deep bruises - I have a pretty physical job, but I'm not any clumsier than I was a few weeks ago and this never happened before. Any thoughts?

I've been on T three weeks too. I also work a very physical job. I haven't noticed any bruising. I have noticed that getting bumped hurts more.

It might not be related. I haven't ready anything about bruising as a side effect.

On estrogen I definitely bruise much easier...pre E I never bruised.

I have bruises and I don't even know where I got them.

Sudden appearance of bruises can be a sign of a more serious underlying process (nothing to do with T).  Please see your doctor to rule out anything sinister (not say that's what it is, but it can be).

Actually from what I've noticed it's harder for me to bruise now than before T. A lot harder actually and when I do bruise they heal faster than before. I bruised very easily before T, bumping into a door frame accidentally (more of a glancing or harsh brush against) would cause my arm and shoulder to bruise.

I agree that you should get it checked out by your doctor.

I bruise like heck, but I just started T. I'm going to give it a month and see if anything changes. My partner begs me not to wear shorts  in the summer because I'm clumsy and have horrid bruises everywhere, lol, so he's afraid someone will think I'm being beaten :p It's ridiculous.
