LauraGirl : Honestly, this is why I don't want to post pics of myself; after two years, this is my *genitals,* and I don't want to see them criticized and picked apart for flaws. I agree with you that going into it with unrealistic expectations is likely to lead to disappointment, actually. But I've also visited sites with hundreds of pictures of cis vulvas (from women who are not porn stars, but moderators have previously requested that I not post links like that), and found quite a few that look like mine. My vulva is unique and does not look like an airbrushed porn pussy, and I do indeed have inner labia that tuck neatly inside the outer.
That's like claiming that because some women get breast implants that look "fake," all large-breasted cis women will look like that. Sometimes natural human variation covers the same ground other women have to pay for, in other words.
Daahrling : I did not have results like that, no. My outer labia are still a bit puffy but not firm at all, and as I said earlier, my clit is tiny. Inside feels natural NOW, after two years, but yes, it was tight and dry and rough/scarred at first. (That's unavoidable when it's still healing up from surgery.) At this point, at the risk of being indelicate, the vaginal texture, moistness, and even scent are within the range of what I've encountered on cis girlfriends. Other than that, I don't have details that specific from other friends who've used him.
Amusingly enough, there's another thread going on right now from a woman who wants large/long inner labia. I'd absolutely tell her to avoid Brassard! As you say, it's a matter of personal taste, and I don't think any surgeon is "wrong" simply for producing (in general) a look that isn't to someone's individual preference.
