Hi,
I really wanted to know how long does a FTM's voice cracking last?  Is it like a cis male's puberty?  I restarted T (after stopping for a month) and it's almost 1 month again and it has been cracking when I talk regularly.
I am male because I say so and nothing more.
I don't have to look or act like one therefore.

Mine cracked on and off for about 9 months. I have some drops still two years in which sucks and comes out of nowhere, but they usually only last a couple of days

Mine still does it from time to time and I'm almost 2 1/2 years.

As one of my favorite teachers used to always say: how long is a piece of string? Lol

I still crack if I get super excited, like amped up during a sports game or during intense exercise, but then I'm definitely not alone. My same age cis male friend does it more than me! It can stick with you for life, I guess, but in every day talking it will eventually calm down when it's good and ready. To give an estimate would be unfair to you as it's impossible to truly know. Everyone's body reacts to T differently.

Thanks for sharing guys. I had no idea if it would still happen after a year... So is being on T like ALWAYS being on puberty?

A typical cis boy's puberty lasts for years, starting rather slowly and then gaining momentum but continuing in little ways for quite some time. I figure that if I'm still getting pubertal effects after eight or ten years, I'll ask a doctor. Until then, I'm a fifty-year-old teenager on the cusp of real manhood.
