I have noticed a reduction in arm size and shoulder/upper back bulk.  Weaker too.  My weight has drifted down about 10lbs this year without exercise.  I am not happy with that and want more but my wife and GP are concerned and want my weight to stay where it is.  So the next step is to start toning a bit.  At my age (52), things do still shrink and disappear but tend to leave the wrapping the way it was!!!

Losing muscle mass and strength is not really a good thing.  you get muscle fatigue you end up with no muscle tone just mush. It is sad to think some people believe  this is a good thing.

a genetic woman  has muscle tone and strength not mush.
Like Marci Bowers said she doesn't have the strength of a man.
some genetic males don't  have the strength of a man.   some GGs are just as strong as  men.

A person needs  muscle mass and strength for health and well being . I don't mean body building muscle mass.
Also as we know the heart is a muscle also.

We want health Trans people.

Ugh, I just measured my bicep at 17 inches. Down from 18.5.  I read that the average male is 13, and the average female is 11.

I feel like that Jim Carrey character from "In Living Color". *gag*

I need those pinches cojonitas gone yesterday...
