I'm afraid to get hormones because I dont want to lose my ability to get erections, but I'm not at all happy with the way I look. I feel like FFS is an option but its horrifying and expensive and something can always go wrong. I've included some pics. I look ok in these but they're just flattering angles.

I took propecia for hair loss about a year ago and it totally killed my sex drive and severely hampered my ability to maintain erections. I figure if that did it for me I probably don't have much of a shot with HRT. I know they're different drugs but...idk. Is there any harm in starting HRT and stopping because of side effects?

I dont know , as others said you will still be able to get erections if you try hard enough...
I guess some also may use viagra

I don't get really really hard that much at all when I'm by myself, but that really hasn't been the case with the right partner and stimulation, then it's right back to the old fashioned super hard, though I don't really want to use the thing!
